More specifically:

Lifting up and carrying around heavy stuff

The ability to slow down and savor

Refocusing when the inevitable distraction arises

Measuring your response when antagonized

Delaying your response so your wise mind can speak

Respecting your personal boundaries

Saying no to ice cream

Saying hell yes to ice cream in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone

Owning how you feel and letting that energy move through you

Knowing that you can change your mind and being good with that

You can do hard stuff in the present because you know it influences your positive future
